6 month commitment with tailored goals. This is a focused and honest meeting designed to help individuals become more attuned to their desires and needs.
The sessions are for individuals interested in self-discovery and a sincere commitment to growth.
Group intensive
This is a week long group immersive experience similar to a retreat. This happens only twice a year.
The purpose of these retreats is to focus on the “What Now’s?” in your life.
There will also be opportunities for individuals to lead small group workshops.

Weekend workshop
This is an intentional small group with people in your locale community that share a committed interest in being their true selves in every facet of their lives. You will get to gather face to face with others and hold one another accountable.

Team Workshop
This is designed as a one-two day intensive for a team that already works together on a daily basis. The workshop will teach teammates ways to build trust, communicate boundaries and transparency as fundamental ways to foster a culture based on being genuine.
